Purchased from the noted Scorboro herd to be predominantly used on heifers, Marabou has gone on to do a lot more for the Cornsay herd. Marabou has sired many bulls that have sold to both pedigree and commercial herds. Most notably Cornsay Rebel, Carlisle May 2022 8000gns; Cornsay Salty, Top price, 6500gns at the North East Limousin Breeders Club sale at Darlington May 2023 and Cornsay Thunder, Reserve Senior Champion Carlisle October 2023 selling for 14,000gns to a pedigree herd.

Marabou’s calves are born easily and grow quickly. His daughters calve easily and have plenty of milk and mothering ability. Marabou and his progeny are very correct with a good temperament and have power and style.

Marabou is a double F94L and has an out cross pedigree to many bloodlines in the UK.
